The Conference Headquarters Hotel is the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. Located in the heart of Ottawa next door to the Parliament Buildings, the landmark Fairmont Château Laurier is a magnificent limestone edifice with turrets and masonry reminiscent of a French château.
Room rates at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier are $209.00 Fairmont, $249.00 Fairmont with View, and $289.00 Deluxe. These room rates are European Plan (accommodation only, no meals). Taxes are not included in these posted rates. All prices are Canadian dollars.

The Conference has also booked a block of rooms at the Lord Elgin Hotel. The Lord Elgin is just a short walk away from the Conference location at the Chateau Laurier. The Lord Elgin is one of the nicest Ottawa hotels and ideally located in the heart of downtown Ottawa - directly across from Confederation Park and the National Arts Centre, and steps away from the Rideau Canal, Ottawa Congress Centre, Parliament Buildings and the Ottawa Rideau Centre

Suites are air-conditioned and include two separate bedrooms – each with a double bed – a large kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, table and chairs, and a three-piece washroom with shower. Towels, bed linen and minimum amenities are provided. Note: These amenities do not include kitchenware. Guests have access to a common kitchen area with ovens and stoves, table seating, and a large laundry room located on the main floor. High-speed internet access and free local telephone calls are included. Cost for these suites is $95.00 per day (plus taxes).
The conventional-style single and double guest rooms are furnished with a single bed, a desk, a bookshelf, and an armoire for each guest. These residences have separate men’s and women’s washrooms on each floor. Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests have access to a communal kitchenette, lounge and laundry room. High-speed internet access and free local telephone calls are included. The conventional residences are not air-conditioned. Cost for these rooms is $30 per day (plus taxes).
